About Dr Lori Goodsell
After 27 years in private practice, I still love what I do. My focus has always been simple: help people move better, feel better, and stay active — whether that means chasing kids, training for a race, or just getting through a long work week without constant aches.
I graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1999 with a strong emphasis on sports and athletic performance. My primary adjusting style is Motion Palpation Technique (similar to Gonstead). I also use drop pieces, toggle recoil, and the Activator when it fits the patient better.
I’m an athlete myself. Over the years I’ve competed in triathlons, finished a mountain bike Transalp, raced sailboats, paddle boarded, played competitive soccer and tennis, taught yoga, and worked as a ski patroller. That background helps me understand what active people need — and how frustrating it is when pain or stiffness gets in the way.
