FINANCIAL POLICY AND PREPAID ADJUSTMENT PACKAGES

We are committed to providing you with the best chiropractic care possible in a caring environment and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal. You will be expected to pay for your chiropractic care at the time service is rendered unless you arrange a monthly care plan in advance. Large discounts are given to those who choose to prepay for their chiropractic care. Prepaid care packages are designed to be the most cost effective way to keep you and your family as healthy as possible. Details of these plans will be discussed with you during your Chiropractic Report of Findings.

HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have insurance that covers chiropractic, we will give you all of the information you need to be reimbursed quickly. This includes your diagnosis, prognosis, and copies of your records or reports. We have found it is easier for your record keeping, and ours, if we give you receipts at the end of your first report and then once a month after that. Just send in your receipts with a copy of your claim form and your insurance company will communicate with you about your reimbursement. Remember, your agreement with your insurance company is between you and them.

MEDICARE POLICY

If you have Medicare Part B coverage and have Medicare designated as your primary insurance, you are eligible under most circumstances to receive 24 visits paid at 80% by Medicare after a $131 deductible. If you have a supplemental carrier, we will discuss your benefits with you individually. We will file your Medicare for you and will accept assignment so your Medicare benefits can be paid directly to our office.

MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

You can also be given a receipt for tax purposes or a medical savings account (MSA) indicating the total amount you have paid for chiropractic care during the year.

AUTO AND WORK INJURIES

If you acquire insurance for a special situation such as an auto accident or a workers compensation injury and choose to utilize that coverage, you will be charged our regular office fees until such claim is settled. Once the claim is complete, you can be eligible for payment plan discount fees again.
